Fossil Exploration at Sycamore Shoals - Sycamore Shoals State Historic Area hosted a two hour special program Fossils Exploration at Sycamore Shoals Wednesday morning. Geologist Dr Michael Whitelaw, associate professor at ETSU, shared the history of the plants and animals that once lived in East Tennessee during the prehistoric era.
