ELIZABETHTON — The Milligan College Cycling Classic drew dozens of professional and collegiate cyclists from around the country on Sunday for the Historic Elizabethton Criterium.The course was a one-mile loop through downtown Elizabethton.Scroll down to see video.Sunday's downtown criterium followed events Saturday, including time trials starting on the Milligan campus and a 22-mile road race in Piney Flats.In the collegiate category, Nick Jowsey from Brevard College in Brevard, N.C., finished first in the road race, and Christopher Meacham from Lees-McRae College in Banner Elk, N.C. finished second.
