Trick-shot artist Dennis Walters appeared at Elizabethon Golf Course on
Friday. Walters, who was paralyzed from the waist down in a golf-cart accident in
1974, has spent the ensuing years delivering an inspirational message through
golf. He's done more than 3,000 shows, averaging between 90 and 100 a year.
Using a swivel seat attached to a golf cart, he hits shots with several
different kind of clubs. His dog, Bucky, is his opening act.
