A drunken Pennsylvania teen was arrested early Sunday in Johnson City after police spotted him driving a stolen car with just three wheels and no headlights, police said in a news release.
Michael E. Martin, 18, 1214 Brockius Ave., Abington, Pa., was arrested about 2 a.m. Sunday after police saw him driving the vehicle north on John Exum Parkway near Garden Drive.
Police learned the vehicle had been stolen in Greeneville.
Martin was charged with theft of property over $1,000, driving under the Influence, and underage consumption of alcohol.
He was jailed in the Washington County Detention Center on $12,000 bond pending a Sessions Court appearance Tuesday.
