SANDUSKY, Ohio — A Milan Road tattoo shop employee received death threats Sunday evening from a man who claims he was just released from prison, according to a Perkins police report.Shortly after 5 p.m., a Pain and Pleasure Tattoo employee contacted Perkins police after receiving the threatening phone call.
