BLOUNTVILLE — A Kingsport man has been arrested following the alleged discovery of child porn on his computer.Joshua D. Johnson, 27, turned himself in Tuesday night at the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office in Blountville. A warrant for his arrest was obtained following indictments last week by a Sullivan County grand jury, charging him with 35 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.According to police records, an individual contacted the SCSO on Aug. 6.
